Are Tweens Supposed to be This Bored!!

Why do tweens always have to be bored....espically me! I have over protective parents and they do nothing all day!!! I could be at the mall with my BFFs trying on clothes and wishing I had enough money to buy them!! My Bff texts me all the time telling me she is havin so much fun with her friends at the mall...I get so jelous! Why can't i have as much fun as her!
